Someone should walk into the stop and ask to speak to Mr. Sweet Memory.
Perhaps the company that owns the shop is called Sweet Memory – in which case the shop is rightly called Sweet Memory's.
I doubt it, though.
Seeing these errant apostrophes actually makes me clench the mouse in frustration. I think this site is detrimental to my health!
You could start a posse called the Apostrophe Cops. They'd shut down printers who let such things get past them.
That is such a good idea; obviously numerous printing companies don't seem to realise what they're producing is the final product.

For starters, it's a good idea to start a sentence with a capital letter. "That" is referring to the formation of the group mentioned immediately above. No need for crucifiction over that omission, I would have thought.
