I cringe just thinking of how much they paid to have that sign made!
There is a debate raging here as to whether an apostrophe should be added to a title eg St Marys School. Personally I think not, although if you own the title you can jolly well do what you like.(More's the pity). Not good educational practice though.
They probably don't even see the punctuation mistake.

That could cause a car accident from someone not watching the road bcz they were too flippin' riveted by the regurgitation- and twitch-causing grammar mistake. God, why?!!!
