A Hole New World

Sometimes spelling errors can initiate fairly sinister thoughts. I don't think I want to know who the 'Hole Family' are, but clearly they'd enjoy themselves at Cha Cha's.

Thanks to Noah Tarnow, who saw this on the Coney Island boardwalk.
Labels: signage, spelling errors

Nice nice nice, very nice.
Nicefest. A holely satisfying picture.
That's funny. But, what if it's not a spelling error? What if they are only advertising to the "Hole Family"? They need to learn how to advertise correctly, if so.
In the cold light of a Sunday morning, I just thought I'd express my disgust for the typography too. Revolting.
This reminds me of the famous "Chronicles of George" ticket from http://chroniclesofgeorge.nanc.com/tickets3.htm:
"she is getting error message that say undliveriable messages, her hole area cannot send external emails".
