'TAKE', control

I find this really confusing.
'TAKE', control... Is that supposed to allude to something? If so, what?

The typography is also terrible, I 'KNOW' that much.
The ability to control your pelvic muscles is called Take. But it's not real Take, hence the quotes.
Hehe, glad you liked my photo! It really is an appalling example of punctuation today!
Standards are going through the (pelvic) floor.
