When tortoise owners go bad

I was recently given an anonymous tip off to this website. There I found the most abhorrent apostrophe abuse I have ever encountered. I'm serious, it made me dry heave. The worst example?
www.tortoisecentre.co.uk is now officially a mortal enemy of GrammarBlog.

This is a classic "rule" which some people think actually exists:
"An apostrophe indicates that an 's' is about to show up."
